Unfortunately, as some of our products are provided on a made-to-measure basis, we cannot accept returns of products that have been unpackaged and worn unless there is a fault with the product, or it has not been manufactured to your specification.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel. You will have to pay the return cost of postage unless the goods are faulty.

- Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 7 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.
- We recommend that all items returned to us be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by others where a signature is required with insurance paid as a minimum.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
