European and Overseas Deliveries
Orders for European delivery will be shipped by letter post or carrier for all main products. We aim to hold all products in stock and normal time from placing an online order to receipt of goods is 7 – 14 working days. After placing your order you will receive a tracking number and link to enable you to track the delivery of your order. Occasionally items may be on a longer delivery and we will notify customers if delivery is expected to be longer than 30 days from receipt of your order. All goods sent by carrier require a signature upon delivery. Use the comments text box on the order system if you would like to suggest another location if you are out – ideally a neighbour. If no signature can be taken a card will be left and you will need to call the number on the card to re-arrange delivery.
Delivery charges are based on weight, volume and order value.
Please note that the following countries incur an additional £30 customs clearance charge – this is non-negotiable – this fee will be included in your shipping charge and will not be shown separately.
Bosnia-Herzegovina / Croatia / Iceland / Liechtenstein / Montenegro / Norway / Serbia / Switzerland

International Non-European deliveries
We routinely ship our products throughout the world, but because of the variety of destinations and carriage options we need to quote delivery charges for orders outside the EU. You can go ahead and place your order on the website and we will notify you of the carriage charge or if you would prefer you can email us for a quotation for the goods you need along with your delivery address, and we will reply with the carriage charge. We always charge carriage at cost.
Late Deliveries
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.
